Policies


APPOINTMENTS:

 We are by-appointment only. Please book online at www.bespokecj.com. We require a non refundable $100 booking fee to secure your appointment at the time of booking a treatment. The booking fee can be used to reschedule your appointment as long as it is made within 48 hours notice. The booking fee is not transferable to another person. If you choose to cancel your appointment within 48 hours the booking fee is forfeited. If you have permanent makeup on your eyebrows please submit recent pictures before scheduling an appointment at cecilia@bespokecj.com. There are no guaranteed results with our procedures due to results being dependent on many variables outside of the technician’s control. Procedure fees are non-refundable, however Bespoke will make every reasonable effort to make sure you love the outcome.

We have a three time no-show no call policy for clients. Failing to do so results in not being able to book appointments with us anymore and any payed fees will be forfeited.

Appointments can only be re-scheduled 3 consecutive times otherwise it will result in re-paying a booking fee even if you provide more than 48 hours notice.


TOUCH UP SESSIONS:

 Each initial treatment includes a Touch up Session. The Session must be completed within two months of the original treatment otherwise additional charges will be applied. If you don't attend your scheduled touch up appointment you will be charged for any further treatments. Cancelation notice is always 48 hrs.

CANCELATION:

 If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will forfeit the full booking fee. If you cancel your touch up session within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged additional fees for a new session. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel services if you show up to your appointment sun tanned, with skin conditions on the area to be treated, pregnant or breastfeeding, or not following proper before care preparation, the appointment will be canceled and the booking fee will be forfeited.

CONTRADICATIONS & LIMITATIONS:

 We may require a doctor's permission to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform treatments on women who are pregnant or nursing, or on anyone who is under the age of 18.

CONSULTATIONS:

 A consultation requires a non refundable booking fee that can be applied towards your treatment balance if you decide to move forward with a service.. A no show or cancelation within 48 hours of your appointment date will result in the booking fee being forfeited.


MAINTENANCE SESSIONS:

 Timing for maintenance sessions depends on each individuals needs, we recommend to come back to the clinic when you have experienced 30%-40% fading.Please note that we only offer maintenance session to our existing clients. Clients that have work done elsewhere should book a consultation first and will be eligible for initial treatment fees only.

LATENESS:

 Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We cannot assure that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. Please understand that the treatments need their allocated time to get the best result possible, we cannot rush.

OTHER:

 For safety purposes, only the client is allowed in the procedure room. No pets except for service animals are allowed in the office. For safety no young children and babies are allowed in the clinic, if this occurs your appointment will be canceled and the booking fee or treatment session paid will be forfeited.
